Social Media & Marketing Intern

Overview

This role is for someone who understands aesthetic, mood, and audience. Not just posting, but building anticipation and identity.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in planning and executing content leading up to Issue 4

  • Develop story ideas (polls, engagement, interactive content)

  • Help create a cohesive visual feed strategy

  • Write or assist in writing captions aligned with Moda Viva’s tone

  • Brainstorm and execute teaser concepts

  • Track what performs well and adjust accordingly

  • Assist with launch rollout planning

What You’ll Have Access To

  • Early visuals and concepts from Issue 4

  • Behind-the-scenes content before it’s released

  • Direct input into how the brand is presented publicly

  • Creative collaboration with the Editor

Ideal Person

  • Has a strong sense of aesthetic. Understands social media culture and what makes people engage

  • Can think creatively, not just follow trends

  • Organized and communicative

Set Design & Creative Assistant

Overview

This role is for someone who wants to be inside the creation process. Helping bring the visual world of the issue to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in sourcing props, textures, and materials for shoots

  • Help build and style sets on shoot days

  • Support with on-set adjustments (styling, placement, details)

  • Help maintain visual consistency with the issue’s theme

  • Assist with shoot prep and breakdown

  • Be an extra creative eye during production

What You’ll Have Access To

  • Full behind-the-scenes of editorial shoots

  • Direct involvement in creative direction decisions

  • Experience working on a fashion/art set

  • Portfolio-building opportunities (credited work)

Ideal Person

  • Visually driven and detail-oriented

  • Interested in fashion, art direction, or styling

  • Resourceful (can find/create things, not just buy them)

  • Calm and adaptable in a shoot environment
